I began my Reiki journey some 12 years ago, a path which has brought many changes, challenges and wonderful people into my life. I am privileged to be able to pass on and share Reiki with others and run Reiki courses and two Reiki Share groups in Cornwall. 

I am attuned to and follow the Western and Japanese Lineages and therefore I explore and teach techniques from both lineages in the Reiki Share groups and courses.

Reiki Days - Truro
A Reiki Share day for all levels of Reiki, time to discuss aspects of Reiki and to practice shared healing from the Japanese and Western lineages. The day will include chakra dowsing and balancing.
Refreshments included but please bring something for lunch.
10am to 4pm £15.

Reiki 1 Course (2 days)
At this level students are encouraged to undertake self practice and can offer sessions to family and friends. The course includes the first four Reiki attunements, the history and development of Reiki, Japanese cleansing techniques, treating a recipient seated in a chair and lying on a couch.

Two days tuition, practice, written manual, refreshments and ongoing support £85.

Reiki 2 Course (2 days)
For those already attuned at Reiki I level and with at least 3 months experience of using Reiki for self practice and with others. At this level students will receive the second level attunements and learn how to use three Reiki symbols. The course includes training and practice time for treating others on a couch and with distant techniques. Professional practice will also be covered in greater depth than at Level I. Students will be asked to undertake case studies to qualify at this level.

Two days tuition, practice, written manual, refreshments and ongoing support £110.
