Reiki £25
A truly holistic and deeply healing therapy working with you on all levels; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Reiki works with you going beyond outward symptoms directly to the cause gently healing, supporting and empowering.
Aromatherapy 90 mins £35 or 60 mins £25
A 90 minute full body massage that works holistically with the 'whole self' using essential oils blended with a range of massage oils specially selected to suit your unique requirements. A releasing, harmonising and balancing treatment.
Hot Stone Therapy 60 minutes £35
A full body massage using heated basalt stones for a deeply healing and therapeutic massage based on an ancient technique. The heat from the stones gently warms the body to increase circulation and soothe aches and pains. Cold stones may also be used where appropriate to reduce inflammation and further enhance lymph drainage.
Hot Stone Facial Massage £30
The skin is cleansed and nourished with 100% organic products from the Spiezia skincare range hand made in Cornwall from the finest ingredients. Includes a massage of the face, neck, shoulders, arms and hands.
Indian Head Massage 40 minutes £20
Relaxing, enlivening & invigorating massage of the back, head, shoulders, arms, hands and face - a firm favourite. Working with Ayurvedic Principles to balance mind, body and spirit. Includes Acupressure Points and Chakra balancing.
Ear Candling £15
A therapeutic and gently therapy using specially made Biosun ear candles made from 100% organic linen and beeswax. Conditions that can be helped by this therapy include; excessive or impacted ear wax, glue ear, flying discomfort and sinus problems.
Meditation for Health & Relaxation
£6.50pp in a group session or £20 for one to one session.
