Meditation Courses Part I Mindfulness 6 weekly sessions 7pm £35. Monday evenings 11th January until 15th February 2010 An excellent introduction for beginners or those who have tried and given up! I take you through the steps to successful meditation beginning with the foundation technique focusing on the breath. Over the 6 sessions we explore the positive steps to living mindfully with focused and relaxing meditation which helps us with self healing, dealing with stress, relationships, decision making and much more.
Part II Visualisation, Insight & Healing; 4 weekly sessions 7pm £25. Monday evenings 1st to 22nd March 2010 Developing further meditation practice and exploring techniques for greater awareness and decision making.
