All who are attuned to Reiki at any level and with any level of experience are welcome to this Reiki Share Group. We share practice from both the Western and Advanced Japanese Lineages.
We begin with the Hatsurei Ho cleansing meditation, each person receives a Reiju Empowerment to increase and empower their flow of Reiki. We will break for refreshments and a discussion about Reiki and then share Reiki with each person taking a turn on the couch whilst others give Reiki finishing with the Mawashi circle to close.
This is a small, informal group where you are welcome to share any aspect of Reiki and ask any questions in a safe and private environment. We ask that anything shared in the group is not shared outside of the group.
The aim of the group is to support, nurture and explore your Reiki journey in a safe and supportive environment.
Alex has been practising Reiki since 1998 and is a qualifed Reiki Master of the Western Lineage and Shinpiden of the Japanese Lineage. She has brought many people into the Reiki Community and offers support and guidance to all who follow the Reiki path.
