Join us for one day or all three days of mindfulness, yoga, nature & creativity on Cornwall’s stunning south coast.
The Location
Bodrugan has a purpose built Retreat Centre in the Stables Studio with ensuite bedrooms and a lovely open communal space. A working farm with countryside and coastal walks on the doorstep.

What to expect:
Each day begins with energising Vinyasa Yoga and Mindfulness Practice, followed by nourishing food and immersive afternoon sessions. Expect deep relaxation, creative expression, and meaningful connection—with yourself, others, and nature.

Morning: Vinyasa Yoga & Mindfulness
Afternoon Sessions:
Day 1: Mindfulness Meditation
Day 2: Sound Bath
Day 3: Woodland Walk & Mandala Art (Rolled Beeswax Candle Making indoors if weather inclement)
Delicious vegetarian lunch & refreshments included
Evening meals & overnight stays optional

Alex Williams - The Holistic Mermaid: With over 25 years of experience, Alex is an Holistic Therapist specialising in one-to-one therapies, Mindfulness, and Reiki development. Passionate about living mindfully, she leads Mindfulness for Life courses, helping others cultivate health, happiness, and presence. Her journey began after a severe back injury and personal loss in midlife, leading her to discover the transformative power of mindfulness. Now in her 60s, living pain-free and full of energy, she is dedicated to sharing her wisdom, offering guidance on how mindfulness can enhance wellbeing and bring greater peace and creativity to daily life.
Hatty - In Touch Therapies: Inspired by motherhood, Hatty deepened her journey into Vinyasa Yoga, blending her expertise in body movement, yoga philosophy, breathwork, and flow to create inclusive and mindful classes. She integrates her love of movement with a deep understanding of yoga philosophy and breathwork, ensuring her sessions are well-rounded and accessible to all. Committed to continuous growth, Hatty challenges herself as a teacher, always striving for excellence while expanding her knowledge and skills. Her nurturing and dynamic approach allows students to connect deeply with their bodies, fostering both strength and inner peace through movement and mindfulness.
